Meet Coach Robeson!
Coach Robbie Robeson is a native of Vienna, Virginia and is entering his 2nd season as Head Coach of the Chili Dogs after being assistant coach with both the Chili Dogs and the Hot Wings in previous Potomac League seasons. Coach Robeson graduated from Madison High School in 1998 and was a First Team All-District Shortstop as a Senior before going on to play 4 years of baseball at Salisbury University. During his time at Salisbury, he helped lead the Seagulls a 4th place finish in the Division III College World Series in 2001 and 3 Capital Athletic Conference championships before graduating in 2002. After graduation from Salisbury, Coach Robeson re-joined the Madison Warhawks as a coach and has been coach at Madison for 23 seasons, serving as the head JV Coach for 19 of those seasons. During that time, the JV Warhawks have compiled an overall record 192-44 during his tenure as the head coach and produced 4 consecutive undefeated season under his guidance with a 66-game winning streak from April 29th, 2011 to April 8th, 2016. Coach Robeson currently resides in Vienna, VA with his wife Lexa and three daughters Ryli, Reese, and Raegan.
