Coach Spencer Bio: Morgan Spencer serves as the Director of The Potomac League Baseball Camp and is widely recognized as one of the premier high school baseball coaches in Virginia. Entering his 13th season as the Varsity Head Baseball Coach at South Lakes High School, Coach Spencer has built a reputation for developing players both on and off the field through commitment to discipline, leadership, and competitive excellence.
In addition to leading the Seahawks program, Coach Spencer is the Head Coach of the Hot Wings in the Potomac League, where he continues to mentor and develop elite-level talent through the region. His accomplishments include being named a 3-time Conference Coach of the Year, the 2024 Northern Region Coach of the Year, and the 2024 Virginia State Coach of the Year.
Coach Spencer's passion for teaching the game, combined with decades of experience and proven success, makes him a respected leader in the baseball community and a tremendous resource for young athletes looking to elevate their skills and understanding of the game.
