Meet Ella!Ella is a second year intern, and a rising senior on the Women's Swim Team at Marymount University. You'll probably hear Ella's voice on the microphone all throughout the park all year long! Her favorite part about the league is getting all the players to do TikToks!

Meet Leah!Leah is a first year intern, and you'll probably see her all around the park with her camera in hand! Leah is a rising senior on the Women's soccer team at Marymount University.

Meet Hayley!Hayley is a first year intern and will be attending James Madison University this fall. You'll probably catch Hayley leading our many dance contests and dizzy bat games through the season!

Meet Jake!Jake is a player and intern this year! Jake plays for the Chili Dogs and this is his 3rd year playing in the league. He is a rising junior at Washington and Jefferson College. Jake's favorite memory of The Potomac League is winning the championship the last two years!

Meet Connor!Connor is another one of our interns that is also a player! Connor plays for the Brewers and this is his 2nd year playing in the league. He is a rising sophomore at the University of Mary Washington. Connor's favorite memory of The Potomac League is 2023 4th of July at the park!

Meet Keria!Keria is a first year intern with The Potomac League! She is a rising sophomore at Clemson University. Keira works with the Clemson Football team through the applied science lab!

Meet Maria!Maria is a first year intern with The Potomac League! She is a rising junior at Syracuse University. Maria is the Director of Communications and Head Photographer of the Men's Hockey team at Syracuse!

Meet the Game Day Staff!
Rich Stiehl is the Potomac League Statistician. Rich has handled the tracking and compiling of statistics for the Potomac College League (PCL) for the past 2 seasons. Utilizing GameChanger, Rich uses individual game stats to provide up to date, detailed season stats for each player and team, along with listings of league leaders in a variety of categories. Rich has coached Little League and travel baseball for over 12 years and served on the Reston-Herndon LL board. He has an information technology background and currently holds leadership positions at MVP Baseball School and MVP International Athletics. A Pittsburgh native, Rich is a fan of all Pittsburgh sports teams. His PCL team loyalties are split between the Hot Wings and Chili Dogs since his son Jake has played, and won championships on both.

Ava Naski is the Community Manager for Capital One Park. Ava joined the Capital One Park team in January and is responsible for special events, social media, and party deck reservations at the ballpark. Ava is a recent JMU graduate with a degree in Sport and Recreation Management. She has worked with the Potomac League for two years and was the lead Marketing and Fan Experience Intern in 2023. Ava's favorite Potomac League team is the Brewers!

Marvin Rivas is the Head Groundskeeper at Capital One Park. Marvin is responsible for getting the field, bullpens, and batting cages ready for each game. In addition to his game day duties Marvin is also
responsible for maintenance and facilities of the Park, a role that keeps him very busy. The Potomac League and Capital One Park are very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff member as Marvin - as all the pitchers can attest. Marvin's favorite Potomac League team is the Bunt Cakes! |
Howard Lane is Head of Ballpark Operations for Capital One Park. Howard lives to create the best experience possible for the players and fans. He has worked for Capital One Center for 6 years and helped with the construction and fit-out of Capital One Park. On game day Howard can usually be found playing the music at Capital One Park, when he isn't solving a logistical issue or helping somebody in need. Howard is a DC Native and longtime Redskins/Commanders fan. His favorite Potomac League team (and food) is the Chili Dogs!

Barry Mark is the VP of Design & Development at Capital One. Barry
led the design and construction of Capital One Park, and is involved in all aspects of the operation. Through Barry's efforts, Capital One Park recently inked deals with Georgetown University, Marymount University, the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, and the Atlantic 10 Conference. When he's not helping the Potomac League, Barry oversees all Design & Construction at Capital One and the operation of Capital One Center. Barry coached baseball for 15 years, was Chairman of Fairfax Little League, and is the Potomac League's biggest fan. Barry's favorite Potomac League Team is the Hot Wings! |
